Location: Ethel, WA, United States
Formed in: 1773
Label: Rosie's Own Music

Appearing for the first time in identifiable form at the "Three Fingers and a Thumb" on the River Thames in 1773, Rosie and the Posers, burst forth onto the Pub scene playing the baroque and country dance style music of the day. However, as players they proved to be...ahem... "Just. Not. That. Exceptional.," and so they were forced to take to the road for the next 250 years, appearing in various incarnations, composing and performing in every musical genre imaginable, and searching - ever and always - for recognition, remuneration, righteous causes to support, and more than their fair share of pie.

Emerging once again from the dim mists of history at Coffee Outfitters in downtown Adna, WA, in 2009, Rosie and the Posers enchanted their fans with the Symphonic Mutt Music for which they were to become sorta well known... you know, in a local sort of way. Today, they cheerfully continue in the vein of yesteryears, providing a stage on which the "never to be famous" may strut their stuff, earning a little "coffee money," freeing slaves, protecting the unborn, bringing water to the thirsty and generally having a hoot whilst razing Hell.

Quotes from biased persons:
"If you don't like anyone else's music, you'll like ours." Rosie
"I'm really, really sorry about the pig." Quinn
"Dynamics!!?? We don't need no stinkin' dynamics!! William P. 1773
